The 27th Beijing Essen Welding &Cutting Fair grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on August 13th. Aotai’s booth was crowded with visitors. We made great demonstrations to showcase the latest R&D results to all friends engaging in welding and cutting and Aotai’s green, efficient, and smart welding equipment and technology to the world.

HIGHLIGHT 1
Smart welding power source
The brand new digital smart welding power source, Pro series, enjoys nanosecond computing and a freely programmable welding process. It is customized and designed according to welding materials and working conditions. As for the configuration, it supports an LCD screen and can match with a push-pull welding torch. There are many different choices for the user.
Aotai can provide users with the most suitable welding process to improve the welding qualification rate and reduce welding costs.

Advanced welding process
The ASMT temperature control welding process enjoys more precise and stabler wire feeding control to adapt to various complicated working conditions; more outstanding arc stability to realize spatter-free welding in the whole process of arc starting, welding, and crater filling; much ideal temperature control effect, especially suitable for welding aluminum alloy and other heat-sensitive materials thanks to the extremely low heat input; also capable of developing multiple special materials. Meanwhile, it provides an ideal arc solution for additive manufacturing and composite laser welding.

Smart welding system
The smart welding system, Aotai Cobot arc welding system, will be showcased at the exhibition site.
The system carries the arc welding software package independently developed by Aotai, which cooperates tightly with the welding power source. Meanwhile, it equips Aotai laser sensor to realize positioning, scanning-first-then-welding, and other functions.
Integrating cobot, welding power source, machine vision, and artificial intelligence technology to realize efficient and precise welding operations.
HIGHLIGHT 4
Equipment with efficient process
The Tandem SAW process enjoys greatly increased deposition efficiency and welding speed compared with single-wire SAW. As for steel fabrication, it can realize full-penetration welding free of grooving and back gouging for H-beam whose web thickness is up to 25mm.
Rapid deep-penetration TIG welding, KD-TIG, can realize one side welding with back formation and free of grooving for 16mm thick titanium and 12mm stainless steel plates.
Robot vision tube-to-tubesheet welding, free of teaching and programming, capable of realizing the unmanned operation of tube-to-tubesheet welding, one person to control multiple machines, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor intensity
