Shandong Aotai Global Sales Division went to Laiwu Xueye Lake on August 28th for this year’s team-building activity.
All employees of the Aotai Global Sales Division gathered together, got aboard the bus, and went to Xueye Lake at 8 am. All employees wore the same specially designed T-shirts and hats. The Global Sales Division prepared special gifts for children because we have considered that some of the employees would bring their children to enjoy the activity with us. In addition, the considerate plan and logistic support all reflect the humanistic care of the Aotai Global Sales Division.
After a more than one-hour drive, everyone successfully arrived at the Xueye Lake of Laiwu. We were astonished by the beautiful scene. First, we all took a ship ride to see the lake. The cool breeze blew gently on the lake, and the water was clear to the bottom. In addition, the azure sky and happy atmosphere made people carefree and joyous.
After boating around the lake, we went to Xueye Lanwan Happy Island. The golden beach, seven-color rainbow bridge, and other scenes in the park enjoyed great popularity. We had group photos taken for memory at Golden Beach. All the people lined up in the shape of the mark of Aotai and took family photos, which made every one of us feel like part of Aotai.
After finishing the activity in the morning, we went to a local famous restaurant for lunch. Aotai Global Sales Division made a great effort to find a great restaurant. This restaurant enjoys a long history, a great reputation, and abundant and delicious meals.
After lunch, we re-boarded the bus for our next destination – Yunye Stars Camping. It is surrounded by mountains, and the grass looks like a green carpet. The camping area is in the mountains. The air becomes much fresher than that in the city because of the effect of green plants. All people can temporarily forget annoyance and enjoy the current pleasant. We enjoyed a high tea while agreeably spending a wonderful time together. Adults talked and laughed in small groups. Children gathered together and played with each other.
After the free activity, all colleagues sat around together and talked to each other. Under the host of Mrs. Luo, the director of the Aotai Global Sales Division, we shared experiences and knew each other better. And then, we had group activities. Tug-of-war, beanbag games, and other games, all people enjoyed a happy time.
Every two of the personnel formed a group, and each group barbecued food for themselves. The abundant foods, and the sense of participation brought by self-catering, all features brought meet the theme of team building.
After dinner, all the people gathered together and attended the campfire party. The campfire was ignited by Mrs. Luo. All the people sang and danced with great happiness under the guidance of the host. Finally, the team building activity finished with singing My Future Is Not A Dream. After everything was over, we embarked on the journey home in the darkness of night.
The one-day team-building activity is full of happiness, tiredness, leisure, and delicious food. Even if we still have to go back to work the next day, there is no doubt that We Should Smell The Flowers is the best footnote for the team-building activity this time. As Mrs. Luo said, work hard, play hard, which means work is not everything, nor is play. Only if you work hard can you play hard. This principle can be regarded as a guiding principle for all colleagues of the Aotai Global Sales Division. No matter whether for work or play, only in this way of doing well on both sides can we do well in life. All of us look forward to the next team-building activity.
